One of my favourite TED videos is Greening the Ghetto by Majora Carter. Majora gave a very passionate and balanced speech about how change had been made through her project Sustainable South Bronx. It is a favourite for a number of TED Alumni and a certain Guy Kawasaki who stated her speaking style was as good as Steve Jobs. She’s better Guy, she’s better!!
Majora will be in London soon to speak about her launch of a green-collar jobs training, placement and policy consultancy. I am hyped about the possibility of being able to meet (and talk to) her when she does come. I am looking out for some transferable ideas for London.
Watch this space and put your haterade on ice!!!! hehehehehe.

She is amazing! Really liked her content- although I wish she spoke a little slower- just so I could digest the really important things she was saying.
Moving and inspiring! Thanks for sharing it!
